When creating a blog entry in Movable Type, I get an internal server error with the image upload dialog box. Here are what I believe to be the applicable lines from the server error log:

This process was previously functioning and I have not changed any configurations since then, so I am left to assume it is an issue on the server side of things. I'm running MT Open Source v. 4.01a. I also have a helpdesk ticket open: #6923
