Awaiting but already astonished

I've just joined the "family" of 2DWhost, and I am actually still awaiting for the confirmation of the account, but let me tell you something, you know you are in good hands when the people reply to you beyond the simple machine generated response. That is something people appreciate much, even on these days of cold internet replies. The staff is concerned and it shows... that is quite valuable. if you add the offer that this provider shows, one actually wonders... why would anyone pick short lived faulty hosts with clear overselling intentions? I'm sure my time with this hosting will be enjoyable because its realistic, and more importantly, guided by people who care about the customer.
