Why you before suspended don't send notification email!!!!!!!!!!! I open account masagro 27 mart 2008 and paid for one year!!!! Why you stop my service!!!! I recive about 100 spam emails in my account. I think transfer my account to other provider. You support serivce ICQ is down!

1. The mentioned account has been stopped because of the TOS violation (SPAM/server reliability). It could be that your account was hacked. So in such cases it's better for customer as well to suspend the account .
Corresponding e-mail has been sent to you and we are here to resolve the issue.
